    Great service
The egusi soup and fufu was really good
Small portions for the price though

So I was beyond super excited to find this African restaurant here in Vegas, unfortunately for me, I just experienced a nightmare I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I ordered Pepper Soup with a side of Jollof via Grubhub. Tasted the soup and biting into the meat, I suddenly am tasting a different texture, I then take it out of my mouth for examination and before my eyes is what appears to be a piece of bandage. I immediately threw up. All I wanted was some clean food that reminded me of home(Africa).
Btw, I have been to the restaurant once in person and met the owner and her daughter. Both ladies were very nice. I have nothing personally bad to say about them, it's just terribly sad that I had this unfortunate experience.
Also, Grubhub rectified the situation, however, the picture is a for caution as I don't want anyone else to experience this and I hope that both the owner and cook take hygiene and food safety for the public seriously.

I really want to like this restaurant but the food is always hit or miss. Ive ordered from them over 10 times and there is always something wrong. Either they give you the wrong item, or the goat meat has HUGE peices of white fat left on it, or the soup has sand in it and is grainy, or the puff puff dough is raw. Also the fried plantain is never ripe. They really need to do better. The standard is too low. I will never order from them again. Half the "goat meat" is just fat they didnt cut off. I had to spit it out

Went here because my husband was craving African food from his time living in West Africa. This was my first time trying African food, and let me tell you, I was impressed! We ordered fufu and chicken pepper soup as an entree, jollof rice on the side, and puff puff as an appetizer. My husband told me he never ate  jollof rice before, but the way it was prepared was DELICIOUS. I honestly never thought that I would like fufu, but here I am giving a review about how I actually enjoyed it. Similar to how some people eat food with mashed potatoes or rice, fufu is the same. The chicken pepper soup was spicy, so flavorful, and really well cooked. I really enjoyed the cacophony of spices and flavors in every dish. African food may not be super popular like Thai food or dim sum, but I find it to be a secret treasure. Hell, I loved it so much that for this entire day, I've been looking up recipes on how to cook African dishes. I would definitely come back here again for sure.

Amazing little restaurant with authentic food and great service. Good goat with spicy touches plus that other thing, forgot the name, was delicious, went in authentic style, with my fingers. The fish was a little bit smaller than expected but overall the flavor was fine and the rice was tasty.
